    The Escapists DLC Locked Out


    I have The Escapists as a Digital Download on my Xbox One. I have also purchased the DLC for Alcatraz, Escape Team, and Duct Tapes Are Forever. I have played all of the DLCs before and I was broadcasting Escape Team along with Duct Tapes Are Forever on
    Twitch. I get on yesterday to find that the DLC for The Escapists has been locked out and Microsoft is refusing to explain why this has happened.

    I have reported this problem, yesterday and earlier today, but I have not heard of anything being done about this problem. I have deleted everything, I tried doing a hard reset of my Xbox One, I have reinstalled each DLC one at a time, and I have deleted
    my Save Data from everywhere to no avail at finding a fix for this problem.

    Is anyone else having this problem?

    Hello if you are in the Preview Dashboard you would need to update your console .. you can do this by going to setting and click all settings then go to system from there choose console info & updates and choose update console.. Let it update and you should
    be good.

    It would be great if Microsoft made these games free in September, The Escapists, Dungeon Defenders, Sim 2, and Destiny. If they only picked one of the four up on my list make it The Escapist.

    P.S. The main games I want are The Escapists, and Dungeon Defenders being backwards compatible from 360.
