The error 80150017 when purchasing games with GOLD status

Good day. I have a xbox live GOLD status recently. And the first offered free game is loaded without problems, but now when purchasing games with GOLD status, there is a message that I can not download the game because "this item is not available for your
region" and "read the status code 80150017 on the website". Because of this error, I've lost the opportunity to download for free "Tomb Raider Underworld", what's the reason and when will the problem be fixed?

Can't start download game Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel

Can't start download game Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel which give gold status when trying to buy the console gives an error 80150017 and through the site writes that it is impossible to make a purchase.

 

Download Fable III for Free

When I trying to download the fable III for free the XBOX Live window shows an error message "Sorry, somethong went wrong..." "... Status code 80150017"? On support error guidelines there´s only information about error 96-80150017 not for 80150017(only)

Someone could help about that, I would like to download this game.

In short this errorcode may mean:

•The content you’re trying to purchase is not available in your region.

•Your billing country or region is different from your physical location.

Please be aware that if this is caused by a difference in region on your account and physical region that a Migration of the account will have several consequences, those are mentioned on the Migration link provided on that same support page
