    I am trying to log in with my MS Account into Xbox LIVE.

    I type in my password and then when I click on Enter the password disappears and wont be accepted.

    Is there anyone here that can help me?

    When I try to sign into xbox live I choose my gamer tag like normal and instead of allowing me to enter my code using buttons and directions on the d-pad it asks for my password and just has a white box to enter it. I've tried every button to bring up a
    keyboard or something but the only thing that seems to work is the back button. Also, my controller will no longer bring up the controller/console shut down screen when I hold down the xbox button. This is all new tonight; I used it a few hours ago and everything
    was normal. Any ideas?

    I just want to let everyone know that the issue has been resolved.

    I telephoned XBox One Support and they talked me through a Reset and and now I can log in to my XBox Live account fine.

    Hi Jesse,

    Thank you for the tips but unfortunately these are not helping me. If I put in my correct credentials, it then tells me there's a problem, but when I intentionally enter my password incorrectly, it then tells me that the (incorrect) password didn't work and to try typing it again.

    When i try to sign in, it asks me to put my email and password in (reasonable) I see a glimpse of who's online and then it takes me back to the log in page while taking me off xbox live, When i enter everything in it gives me the error 'Code 831188FE'

    but when I enter the fifa im not conected.

    and asks to put an email and repeat the password 2 times.

    I do that and it says the email is already in use.

    if im conected with live why? im not conected with fifa?
