    The enforment team has way to much power and you can’t contact them and in console banned


    Enforment team has way to much power and there is no way to contact them what so ever and they console banned me for no reason not sending me an email or a message or even telling me why I’m banned or showing me proof this must be stopped

    my friend account got banned

    my friend cardiffcity kid account got banned for no reason and he only sits in a party with me and my other friend and we talk team work in game and take down and kill the bad guys in games and he got banned and this has to be FIXED as this has gone on to
    long enforment team keep doing it and found out that he dont do nothing wrong and they still dont unban hi and now it go to life banned fix it for him as so much cash that not yours has been spent so this is now a steal you done here enforment team you have
    12 hours to sort it or this is going higher

    Is it just me or does anyone else think the enforcement team has WAY to much power? They're completely autonomous from xbox and Microsoft. They seem to answer to no one due to the fact that no one at Microsoft or xbox can give you a way to contact them other
    than the forums. The enforcement team can ban your account and or console for any reason at any time and give absolutely no reason or proof that you did anything worth being banned for.

    what wouod.be the point of contact info other then moderated methods

    People would.robo spam any unmoderated chat or phone lines and no there is no moderated phonelines

    That would keep them from doing their jobs

    It is actually normal for moderated contacts for enforcement

    As mentioned you don't get banned for no reason if you are console baned you need to talk to whoever has use of your console as it only applies to the profile that incurs the enforcement

    The best way is to check out the enforcement.xbox.com and file a report there. Hopefully, then you can get it straighten out.

    The best way is to check out the enforcement.xbox.com and file a report there. Hopefully, then you can get it straighten out.

    Microsoft contact details

    buying pre owned always runs this risk and technically the shop should take it back but obviously they can argue that you got it banned.

    Microsoft will not email evidence stating you have not had it banned as only the enforement team can do this and as its a console ban there is no way to contact them, support cannot assist as it is above the remit and they have no way of contacting the enforcement team either.

    that's the thing is I just served a suspension and the next day after suspension is up, I randomly get notice that its permanently banned. i was in the middle of a game I just don't understand.
