The Enforcment Team needs to be replaced

Gonna make another post on my thoughts on the enforcement team. Long story short i was console suspended for putting a picture of thanos’s [Mod Removed] as my player pic on uno and ONLY my friends that were with me could have seen it. I immediatly changed
it after. And yet the enforcment team goes too far with a player pic ban to a two week console ban. What a joke.

Anyway there is another suspension i got one month ago. Yes i did make a case and the guy’s response was that they tracked me saying the n word and f word. Now from i know, its impossible to track a players voice comms, only messages, and i never swear in
my messages to avoid getting banned easily. Thats a straight lie. He is abusing his powers and making people even more stressed. My whole winter break is ruined because of someone who thinks its not funny to change a gamer pic to something funny. Absolute
disgrace and complete garbage. And dont give me that “ improve your behavoir” ****.

Actually it's quite possible. Per the Microsoft Services Agreement, they have access to any and all content you send across Xbox Live - this includes verbal messages in chat and game lobbies. Any content you post is subject to the

Xbox Live Code of Conduct; just because you think it's funny and edgy doesn't mean someone else does. Gamerpics appear all over Xbox Live, not just in the game you're in at the time.
