  4. The Enforcemnt team in a nutshell

    Hi there,

Back when the enforcement team used the forums as the way for users to get suspension information/submit case reviews, I do remember a forced name change appeal that a user won. That user got to keep their gamertag and they still have it today. I remember
the tag because I thought it was unique and a good play on words without being offensive.

As for more recently, only an Enforcement Team member can share that detail and they don't use the forums anymore.

Something for everyone to keep in mind, these days so many people are quick to complain when they have an issue or don't get their way, that those that have had a success (for example, won a case review), their voice gets drowned out and forgotten.

    Hello.

I have also seen an appeal won. It's not common but it does. Having a way to contact them would only lead to harassment by people. I'm sure they want to avoid that. The thing is, a lot of these people mess up and they rather make the enforcement team look
like the bad guys then admit to being wrong. Best thing to do is just follow the rules in the first place, and none of this would be a problem.

The reason the majority of appeals are upheld is because they do a thorough investigation the first time.

They are human & every now & then they may make a mistake but it is extremely rare & if they do the person who has the decision reversed tends not to let everyone know.

They are under no obligation to give you all the exact details or any evidence of what you did wrong, which is something everyone agree's to when starting a account.

    XBOX ENFORCEMNT

The enforcement team is there to make an open environment for everyone. If people feel that players are not abiding by this, they can mute, report and block users which create flags for the enforcement teams. Just remember to be kind to your fellow players
    and all will be good!

    Happy New Year!

The minute you reply to someone makes it so you're both eligible for a ban. The golden rule is report, block and let Enforcement handle it from there.
