    Dear Xbox support

    Is there any other way I can contact Xbox enforcement team others then case review because you only allowed once I already used the ones because I was can fuse about my violation.

    Why I violate the policy I use a program I thought the program till your stats on how can you improve your gameplay on certain games when I start the program and click on the games I went to improve my skill in then i click on the button it unlocked all my new xbox games achievement I didn't want the achievement then I know it wasn't a program to help you improve your skill in games but it was achievement unlocker I thought it was stat and skill program because my friends send it to me it said it helped him to improve I didn't know he changed the name of the program to get me band please understand my situation and rethink my Permanent suspension and band.

    How long does it say it going for

    It may also be a perm ban

    Or if console ban then it's indefinite

    A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

    If the end date says it's indefinite, then that means it is a permanent suspension.
