The Enforcement Team & Suspensions

This is getting ridiculous.

This will be my 3rd suspension without warning for communications, and I was given another chance. They usually perma ban on the 3rd go around. But, I've never had this happen on 360, never once have I been suspended for anything on my old system. I truly
am scared to play good at a game like Siege, or Call of Duty or anything that requires skill. This is what usually happens anyways. I do good, and then get messages. They're hateful and discriminate me due to my skill level. I don't utilize the report because
I can just talk smack back, you know? But that's the bait. I indulge in the friendly smack talk and then it gets me reported because they can't win in a game and verbal communication. They say they've got it all worked out where as they can't spam reports
on your profile because each case is "reviewed thoroughly." The system and algorithm is in itself a joke. The "avoid or prefer," a player system was a much better system in my opinion. Now, I have to be cautious with what I do.

This ban currently was due to me playing ranked in siege, the guy turns and shoots me in the face due to me not picking thermite. I then get a party invite and the party is filled with 7 people, everyone starts smack talking me and then I start turning things
in my favor. They kick me when I make valid points about being a good teammate and it went down hill from there for them. After the boot, I got signed off, and then back on. I'm now suspended because all 7 of those people reported me. Now, I have no more chances
due to the incompetence of this system. I'm riding on 100K gamerscore and over 7 thousand dollars on Xbox live alone. This is a faulty system and there's no lee way out of it.

Meaningless Suspension

Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

 

Contact for talk about an enforcement

The only way to contact the enforcement team about your suspension is to use the Case Review on https://enforcement.xbox.com

This makes sure that the comment you have about your suspension is properly matched to the suspension in the enforcement database, and that the team member from the Enforcement team can immediately see the history of the suspension with the evidence that
led to that suspension.

There is no other way to contact the enforcement team.

I completely understand your frustration, however it doesn't excuse the violation of the CoC either. The best advice I can give you is try to resist feeding the trolls in the future.
