The Enforcement Team supports "report abusers" and punishes the innocent.

I am FED up with the Enforcement Team; I really god damn am. I was happily playing DragonBall Xenoverse 2, messaged a guy saying "You didn't have to hog all of the enemies dude, this is a team game for a reason." His Gamertag

Xbox Forum Guidelines] and he flat out told me to go F Myself and sure enough I received a communications suspension and thought NBD, I'll wait til its up.

Next god damn day, I received an email saying that my account was suspended for "Harassment" and like any other person, I was curious, and tried to appeal it, and sure enough I failed.

HE FRIGGIN' HAD HIS BUDDIES REPORT ME FOR HARASSMENT WHEN I DID NOTHING TO HIM!

The supposed "Xbox Enforcement Team" sides with cheaters, hackers and abusers of the "Report" system.

My xbox gold is up on the 2nd of September. I refuse to pay $25 to renew if I'm just gonna get bent over and trucked every which way from Sunday from butt hurt little kids and have the "Enforcement Team" side with them.

Glad you filed a report Mexi Sometimes the team spends a little time gathering concrete proof that there has been a policy violation (because we wouldn't want to punish the innocent!) but when they do decide to punish someone, they do it pretty decisively.
So you might not see action immediately but wheels are in motion behind the scenes and if there is wrong doing, the team will find it.

 

Been reported and banned for no reason at all

Thay would negate any reason for a case review. I was told in an email from enforcement and on phone by support its an automated system that uses guilty until proven innocent

You do realise that bans/suspensions are not issued instantly right?

Any report has to be investigated first which takes time so both suspensions were most likely for something you did weeks ago.

Judging by your post they were right

It's extremely rare for anyone to get an instant suspension.

Doesn't matter how many people reported you,you wont get suspended unless you did something wrong.

In fact anyone who abuses the reporting feature will be suspended themselves.

As you've already filed for a case review then there's nothing else you can do.

Bans can happen in a heartbeat, not everyone on live is a random but is actually someone who knows someone who can mess up an entire team of gamers.

 

One simple rule to never get banned..........................ever.

Never ever ever ever ever EVER send messages to people you don't know.

Do this and you'll be fine.

 

You can most certainly get banned for other things. Not watching your language or tone in party/game chat. Your gamerpic. Your bio. Your gamertag. You can get banned for hacking. For having a modified console or unofficial firmware running on your console.

One simple rule to never get banned................ ever.

I'm sure Shaggy2000 knows that. He only mentioned the part about messaging because that's what the op got suspended for.

 

What rubbish.Been using the internet for about 17 years & never been banned from anything because I can follow a set of simple rules.

 

Oh look! 2 days and we're still waiting for a mod to remove the "calling out". If one shows up I guess they can decide if any of the language would possibly offend anyone. I don't think anyone here is religious but I do think some of the posters
are like 10ish. lol

Disgusting really & no wonder these forums are dead.
