    I have received nothing but a run around on why my account has been given a suspension. There is no option for me to get a case review. This is completely unacceptable in a service that I pay for. I have no way of knowing why I have been given a suspension.
    I log into my account after 36 hours and are greeted by a enforcement message.

    I have had the account for roughly 10 years with no issues. I am appalled at this completely unilateral action with no possible recourse for me.

    Enforcement team is a joke

    They investigate any report thoroughly before handing out a suspension.

    You don't get banned for no reason.

    If you want to file for a case review then you need to go to the enforcement site
    here

    If this isn't your first suspension you may want to read the code of conduct as well.

    Unless you have received a game specific ban which you would then contact the dev/publisher.

    Yeah the enforcement team is a total joke, they can't fix this communications issue they've known about since September, and still hand out bans knowing they're *** over players. That's real customer service right there, combine that with you can't find
    a single one of them that knows anything on these forums. That team needs to be fired and replaced by competent individuals that care about gamers and not some whiney little 13 year old who got his feelings hurt cause you called him a scrub.

    Sorry Boxcaracer182 to hear that you are to having problems getting a response from The Enforcement Team

    The reason it is difficult to find information on The Enforcement Team is because here at this board its mainly ran by
    Xbox Ambassadors and some official people who do work for the
    Xbox Department.

    Here we have no control over the Enforcement team and Xbox Department that work on these boards
    are not necessarily apart of The Enforcement Team. They are very busy people that have to look at complaints form Xbox users and post to the board, waiting is your best option. I know that it is frustrating just
    give it some time post on The Enforcement Team board I recommend waiting 24-48 Hours then check back and see if it has been updated. If it has not again, just wait they will get to you just be patient. They will respond to your post.

    The forum that rocky619619 posted a link to is no longer used & hasn't been since August so you will not get a reply.

    bowski has posted the only way to contact the enforcement team but if your suspension is over you wont be able to ask for a case review.

    How long is the enforcement action for? Short enforcements and console bans are not eligible for a Case Review. Also, in order to open one you must log in to the site with the affected gamertag.

  12. The enforcement board is shut down lol they don't even monitor it anymore, I've been waiting since October for a fix to this issue and have no help from Xbox support, these forums, and this so called "enforcement team".

  14. I'm aware but it makes it pretty much impossible to get a hold of anyone, there hasn't been an update on this issue since October 9th, and it had been identified back in September.
