The enforcement team have added the same suspension ontop of my current one?

Hello, I'm a little confused I've got an active communication suspension till the 30th of December 2016 and today I checked from history on the website to notice I have been given the exact same suspension till the 5th of January 2017 on top of that I'm
concerned about this because I haven't been able to communicate with anyone via party chat or even through messages why have I been punished again?

Meaningless Suspension

Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

Sounds like you may have got a 100 day suspension added to your other suspension due to multiple violations of the ToU/CoC being discovered.

100 day suspensions don't show on the enforcement site.

You can contact support
here & they should be able to tell you if you have a current suspension but will not be able to do anything else as enforcement is nothing to do with them.

When the same behaviour which caused the breach of the Code of Conduct is repeated there is the possibility of more than one enforcement act decided against the same account.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. There is an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.

Sorry that you are currently serving a suspension. However, no one in the forums have any access to that information. It is managed completely by the enforcement team.

By the time the enforcement team responds to the thread, the suspension will be over. Suspensions are lifted at approximately the same time of day that they were enforced. So it just depends on when the enforcement team issued the suspension. No one here
will be able to tell you when that was.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and the only way to contact them is through a case review on the enforcement site. Unfortunately, the site is having issues not showing current suspensions which means a case review is not possible currently. Even if you speak to someone at support, they will not have information regarding your suspension. You'll have to wait for the site to be fixed.
