    Hy.

    My XboX one S dies after cca 30 hours of work. The console comes with a Samsung TV in Croatia. You have no support.

    Who should I contact? The warranty is valid, the device is registered, but the form is impossible to fill.

    First E105 & 102 8007045d, soft reset, hard reset, erase everything, erase profile several timse, then 0x80a4001a. I guess the HDD is broken and needs replacement.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues, If you suspect it is a hard drive failure, you will need to use the Device service and replacement service especially if it is
    still under warranty.
