THE END OF XB1?

OP, I myself am playing more PS4 at the moment, It's just that I have more games for it if anything. The Wii U get's allot of airtime in my house as well. My gut feeling has been wait see with the XB1, my gut feeling may well be wrong but I've spent the
money so thats that. I don't think this console will catch up to the competition in sales, but with a few million owners all ready, you've gotta ask yourself if there really is much of a risk?

I wouldn't mind seeing more "end of the word" games. I like the idea of a disease that changes people's behavior and makes them crazy (not necessarily sick or dying). But most movies or games that use this idea always lean toward the infected being some
sort of zombie.--Which defeats the purpose of a "disease" scenario, as it is disguised as just another zombie apocalypse.

never see anything good about the XB1. As far as external HD goes I got awhile before I am ready for that.lol

I did the same thing as cujo.

Had an Xbox 1 traded 4 a ps4 now back to Xbox 1.

Titan fall made up my mind for good and the fact that I have had Xbox since it came out.

I am also a big gears fan, its a long way off but that game alone will make it worth it for me.

 

Read the end part the author admits xbox looks better in the provided night scenes, the rest of the article is just biased.

 

The camera angle are not the same the time of day are not the same and the location is not the same.

 

Agree not a very good comparison, and the res will aways be an issue. I think only same res and fps should really be compared until the game engines mature.

My troll sense is tingling as we'll, but for what it's worth no one would "be in for a shock" in the way implied by so many.

If anything those that switch would just be like "well there are more games but I'm too high class to try Indy games" and then, sure there would be the same amount of games on the PS4 as X1.

Other than that....no one would "be in for a shock".

 

Exclusives are pretty much set at this point, probably for at least the next 3-4 years. Little chance of someone saying....hey....one console is selling better, lets jump ship and go exclusive with them instead.

At at this point in time, I still think the xb1 has a better upcoming game lineup. Now will that still be true 2 years from now? Who knows. All you can do is go on what you know now.

Is the XB1 a sinking ship???? This is what makes me laugh. If you go by what you see in the internet gaming community, you would think so. But reality says quite differently. The XB1 is SELLING, and selling decently. MS has been meeting their own sales
expectations. That is a GOOD thing. However, the bad thing is the PS4 is selling much better. But, just because one is selling great, does not mean the other is selling awfully. Both are doing well.

And with the price cut, you are likely to see a big jump in sales for the xb1.

The cable tv hook up along with kinect voice commands are a transformative experience. I'm not sure what anyone would purposely choose not to take advantage.

But, it comes down to personal choice. Both consoles are here to stay. Both are going to be successful. Both are here for the long haul.

Without reading every post Ill offer my 2 pennies.

XB1 is under-powered when compared to PS4.

PS4 has more games. Its true, its true. But the majority of those games are indie titles. Now I wont say a bad word about indie games, but if you are like me they dont matter. If you want a bunch of 8 bit, "we think we can do better than AAA titles" then
PS4 is the console for you.

Currently I would take a wait and see approach with both systems. Right now Sony has Project Beast, Drive Club and Uncharted scheduled for release.

Xbox has a bunch more than that which gets the people going. If exclusives aren't your cup of tea than multi-platform is where you should focus your research. If resolution/FPS is what makes or breaks a game for you, go PS. If the best community experience
is what you want go Xbox.
