    Hello again, this is even weird but wait 24/48 hours to see if the email arrives with the instructions and the shipping label, sometimes it can also go to the Spam box.

    In my experience I've always received the email with the shipping label within about 10 minutes.

    I would of contacted support again if it hadn't arrived within a few hours.

    That's odd, usually the shipping label can take up to 48 hours to arrive after you submit a repair request.

    May I know if you double checked the spam / junk folder?
    Or if you have more than one email address please check on each one to see if the label ended arriving in a different email
