The email my microsoft account was linked to, has been changed.

So I had a microsoft account with the email "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***", and someone got into my account and changed the email it was linked to, so i went to log in and had to create a new account using the same email. That account had my minecraft account linked to it and it has now been lost. I have the proof that the minecraft account is mine and that the game has been bought using my email.

Okay, so how do i get my minecraft account back?? When i log into the email it says i have to buy the game again

My microsoft account was created on the email "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" but someone Changed the email, so that email was available to use again, so i made a new account on it trying to get it back

You have the receipt from Microsoft? Or you mean the Bank statement, as this doesn't mention the account from which was purchased, as I mentioned you before, games can't be transferred from accounts, are linked to the account that made the purchase, only way to unlink a game would include the account deletion so you wouldn't be able to log in the account, and as you have logged into it it's hasn't been deleted

I have the receipt that the game was purchased on this account, but i dont have the game, because someone hacked into my account

I understand what's you mentioned, but that's not possible, games ownership can't be transferred, if this account doesn't have the purchase on the order history means that wasn't purchased with it
