    Hello,

    I purchased my first elite controller a while

    ago and it seemed to not work, the dpad either would only work on half the clicks, or it would, when clicked sometimes, act as if its been clicked 10 times on one click. As well as, the buttons didn’t work until tapped hard, now my new one purchased from the xbox website is doing the same, and roblox, when I tried to play, kept saying my xbox controller was disconnecting and it ended up doing so for a second at a point, how can I solve this?

    Controller won’t charge

    Controller is not that old. Bought it back whenever the white elite controllers released. And yeah the charge kit works on other controllers but wont work on the white elite one

    Im actually still having this issue on my xbox elite. After a period in idle (usually 24hrs) my controller and xbox IR remote wont turn on the console. I have to turn it on at the console. Once turned on my remote and controller may work in menus and other
    times it wont at all. Only a powercycle fixes it. Any ideas?

    I agree, the only controller I have that works properly is my elite. All the controllers I have either have triggers that don't work right or the left thumb stick wont work in the up position.

    I'm sorry that you've had this experience. You can put in a service order for controllers including the elite controllers.
