    The Elder Scrolls Online Xbox One X not loading after server select and before character...


    Basically the game just doesn’t work. I have to repeatedly clear my cache and restart my Xbox multiple times before I can get the game to load without going into an endless loop of unusually long load time until it times out. I open the game, select server North America, select my account, log in, the game music freezes but the eso loading logo continues to spin and I never get to my character screen. It takes maybe on average 7 times if not more just to get the game to load finally. Very frustrating and I’ve been playing this game for many years it hasn’t done this before. Does anybody know if Zenimax is looking into this problem? It might be time to put this game down at this point.

    They seem to be having the same problem. I really hope Zenimax puts out a patch to fix this, I don’t think having all these people put in customer support tickets is a good solution.

    It sounds like a server side bug with The Elder Scrolls Online

    It would be down to the support team over at Zenimax to escalate and to inform the Game Dev to investigate the issue.
    This game just doesn't work. What's the point if it takes hours to login? I've replied for a refund. Fix the bugs and don't sell unusable software.
