This is a gamer from the former USSR, he speaks Russian.

He humiliated me. I stood near the chest, intending to open it. He ran up and opened the chest for me. I mean, he stole my stuff in the game.

This is a trifle, but it is an act expressing the personal aggression of one player towards another. Either this is a manifestation of the contempt of the troll player for all the players in this game. Anyway. This is demonstrative rudeness and cynicism. This is what dastardly bastards do, who have no place in MMO games.

Of course, I did not swallow this humiliation. I wrote to the aggressor troll in a PRIVATE chat (one on one, not in public) - exact quote:

December 14, 2022, today ZeniMax banned my account under the pretext that I violated the rules of their game, justification: INSULTING another player.

I didn't understand. What exactly in my phrase was an insult? I demand a linguistic examination by specialists - forensic experts.

I officially declare.

"Ayuct" -a word in Russia denoting someone who lives according to the laws of thieves, the abbreviation АУЕ - "Prisoner's way of life is One."

This is a thief. There is a special game class in ZeniMax game "Thief". This is Nightblade. Don't deny it. It's in the game's story. This class is found in other Dungeon and Dragons games, of which this game is now owned by ZeniMax.

The player steals, I called him a thief. WHAT IS MY FAULT?

I assess the actions of ZeniMax as arbitrariness and persecution specifically of my account, due to my critical statements about the quality of their game

on their Official Forum and in the chat of this game.

I have been playing this game since 2015 and I am an expert player. I know what I am saying. If my opinion was a dumb lie, ZeniMax would simply ignore me.

But they are at war with me.

If I see a player trolling, I write about it in the game chat. The trolls in the game are hurting me. I punish them. ZeniMax protects the trolls.

1. ZeniMax himself created in his game these opportunities for trolling and insulting players, namely the ability to steal other people's things from chests.

2. ZeniMax does not have the right to ban players in the game for spoken words, this is an 18+ game, words are not a crime, especially in a private chat.

I draw your attention to the fact that this game is a war simulator, this is an 18+ game, they kill here.

If someone does not like a private chat with me, the player can add me to the "black list".

Instead of making it possible for a player to block another player they don't like, ZeniMax SPECIFICALLY created OPPORTUNITIES for trolling and personal insults.

3. Why did ZeniMax create opportunities for trolling and harassment, baiting one person by other players?

ZeniMax exploits these conflict situations. to WRONGLY, ILLEGALLY take away the account from the person who bought their game. For example, I bought $1500 worth of ZeniMax products, ZeniMax takes away my account in the game. What's this? This is a robbery. Yes, this is a real financial crime, along with bullying and insulting a specific person who bought their product.

Does the trademark "ZeniMax" (brand of a Jew Altman, who was convicted of crimes against the US) do so? Altman used his money to purchase Dungeon and Dragons games. Could the owners of these games sell their games to Altman? This is a matter for the conscience and decency of the creators of D&D games.

I am a gamer who has been playing D&D games since 2000. The game was sold to another owner, but Altman didn't buy me.

My opinion. Altman made D&D game system into a vile online casino where the sins of mankind are exploited: violence, rudeness, cruelty, greed, stupidity, vanity.

D&D games weren't inherently what Altman (now dead) and his organization were selling.

As a result, now this is an MMO - in fact, a ghetto for scum, specially created for scoundrels and bio-garbage to commit their crimes virtually, and not on the street.

That is why the owner of this game has excellent acquaintances with the top leadership of the United States. Reason: This game is a prison for bio-trash, which has no place among those who spend their lives on a family, working and paying taxes to the state, on a career and achievements in real life.

I understand it all. But I play this game because this game was originally Dungeons and Dragons.

And the crowds of freaks and bio - garbage, let ZeniMax deal with them.

Instead, Zenimax is engaged in terror and harassment of gamers who are simply telling the truth.
