I recently purchased a code for 3000 crowns off of amazon for the xbox one. Upon trying to redeem it, I got a message saying "you must be signed in to redeem a code". I was already signed in to my xbox live profile (I do still have an active gold membership),
but I restarted my console hoping to fix the issue. Upon doing so and logging back in, I attempted to redeem the code, but recieved a message saying "this code has already been redeemed". I do not appreciate constantly having to contact Microsoft on behalf
of transactions gone wrong, but it looks like I have to again. Please contact me to help recover the currency I was supposed to recieve from this code.

Please help me with this query.

The game is
The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited and my friend purchased the
The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Imperial Edition - Preorder.

All game features work in his account but it does not with other profiles.

I tried to use the Explorer pack but my account is not allowed.

Please help me.

Unfortunately there is nothing anyone on the forums can do.

You would need to contact support
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us as they are the only ones who have access to your billing/transaction info.

same problem here. no other bonus content on pre-orders for the xbox has worked like this, and tied to only one account. hopefully they will patch it.

the items are tied to account/server so even on the same account you cant make a new character on a different server it wont work . its stupid but its basically only good for your main character/server. its not like buying DLC and it works on your account
its tied to one person on one server

They is no oceanic server for any platform. Its a decision made by the devs.

Apparently it come down to a mix the following: smaller population equals lower number of players, more restrictive laws/legislation, and of course cost.

I would complain in your place, and you should continue to do so - eventually oceanic players voices will be listened to.
