The Elder Scrolls Online getting stuck before Character Select

GUYS, I have a problem I was able to log in to the Elder Scrolls Online after the big game fix and got the Doom Eternal mud crab pet, but after that, I can’t get in the game! I’ve been trying to get in for two days, but my game keeps getting stuck in
a loading screen between the server select and character select screens. It’s not FROZEN; the game will time out if I don’t twiddle my controller, the “this may be an unusually long load time” blurb keeps coming in, and the game emblem keeps spinning. I
don’t know what to do. I’ve reinstalled the game, deleted saved data, hard rebooted my Xbox, contacted TESO customer support, actually RESET my Xbox, and it’s STILL doing it! NONE of my other games are having a problem! Any ideas??

TLDR; game gets stuck, TESO customer support doesn’t have a clue, there’s no other issues and I’m out of ideas.

It sounds like a server side bug with The Elder Scrolls Online

It would be down to the support team over at Zenimax to escalate and to inform the Game Dev to investigate the issue.

This game just doesn't work. What's the point if it takes hours to login? I've replied for a refund. Fix the bugs and don't sell unusable software.

Howdy! It's not really "Skyrim" online. It's Elder Scrolls online. Same basic character reference but 1000 years "before" Skyrim. You need to read up on the Elder Scrolls history to get a better understanding for this new game. From what I've been reading,
it's going to be worth a try for me. I have my lappy all updated and ready for when it releases. Just check out the you tube stuff for it. The only real problem is that YES it is just for PC. No consoles.
