    The Wizards Tower DLC for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion doesn't seem to work.

    the Xbox one doesn't say that I own the DLC in both the store and the manage games section but when I look at the website here or
    the Xbox 360 store while playing oblivion it says I own it.

    This seems to be a reoccurring issue as other people were mentioning this in September here. I would like to think that
    it will be solved soon.

    The elder scrolls wiki mentions a solution, namely that you first first install the fighter stronghold dlc and AFTER that the wizard tower. This might solve youre problem according to the elder scrolls wiki.
