We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, first things first we suggest
clearing out the consoles caches since when they get full might cause this type of errors.

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

Settings

System

Storage

Clear Local Saved Games

Yes and Restart




To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Network

Network Settings

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and restart

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNETno
progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.

Seems like if I choose multiplayer the game will connect to the servers after getting past the main menu but in the main menu (upon starting the game up or when I press Y to log in) it will not connect and just gives the "unavailable" message. This is an
odd issue but that further eliminates the possibility of this beikg down to my connection since I can elsewhere connect to those servers.

Have you tried rebooting your console? I just got done playing and had no problems connecting to EA's servers.

Sorry to hear that this issue is getting in the way of you playing Dragon Age online.

I would say that if you haven't already, to try testing your Multiplayer Connection
in Settings> Network Settings. If it says everything is fine, then I would suggest power cycling your console, unplugging it from the outlet, then resetting your router for about 2 minutes. After which, re-connect the console and see
if the issue persists.

If everything looks good with your network though and the issue persists, I would highly suggest getting in contact with
Bioware support
and seeing if they have anything on what's going on in their servers.
