the download of Battlefield 3 on xbox one does not want to work anymore

Hello, I bought Battlefield on Xbox One in the online market and the game does not want to settle anymore. It simply indicates that it may take some time but does not start the download. I have already uninstalled the game and would like to know if this
is a bug or not? If yes how to solve it, if not is it possible that I can get a refund and that I use my game Battlefield 3 I have CD for XBOX 360?

The Ultimate Bundle Shortcut

I've recently downloaded the Ultimate shortcut to unlock all the gadgets and weapons on Battlefield 3. Who would have known that this is all a big money making way of Battlefield 3 (Electronic Arts).

Problem: The download does not give you all of the weapons nor the gadgets, and sometimes not even anything at all. Battlefield 3 is aware of the issue, and do not offer a full refund with the guns and gadgets thrown
in for free. No, they let you know that someone will email you in 24 hours to 48 hours, then no one ends up emailing you. I'm tired of calling into customer service and I just want a refund, and want Battlefield 3 to remove the download.

 

Skyrim download failed!

With my Xbox came a download-code for Skyrim. I used it but then the download failed and if I want to use the code now it does not work anymore. Thanks for help!

We have a page that can help you Troubleshoot game or app installation problems on Xbox One - can you try those steps & keep us posted on how that goes?

Also, are you seeing issues downloading any game to the console, or just Battlefield 3?

 

It's just Battlefield 3, all the other games running well without problem when I installed them

 

moreover, i had begun the install but i needed to stop and since then, it's impossible to install it anymore
