The download issue has resurfaced on xbox 360!

I doubt it's broken. You most likely bumped the 360 and knocked the game disc off the spindle and it simply spun on the tray until it stopped leaving a nice coating of tray plastic. Can try professional disc resurfacing companies. Normally around $5-15 to
send it to them and have it resurfaced. On the wifi issues you don't elaborate enough for me to tell.

I am running into the same thing with my daughter’s Xbox. It seems that this error has resurfaced with the latest Xbox update.

I don't see why you'd be angry with Microsoft. The Xbox 360 is over 6 years old and the damage that can result from moving the console while a disc is in the tray is well documented. In fact, as I recall, each console comes with a sticker over the tray
clearly stating this.

If your other discs work and this one will now no longer read at all _after_ you had it resurfaced, then logically the current issue is with the resurfacing that occurred. You can try to take that up with the place that the disc got resurfaced, go somewhere
else and have it resurfaced again, or replace the disc.

Those are your options at this point.

Get it resurfaced (has long has there are no craics) and it will work perfect cheap to do to .

What...??? What, I said is wrong..??? It's a matter of Fact, that resurfacing causes, laser pickup issues... The Discs, aren't made to be resurfaced...

It's like, trying to get scratches out of perspex & make it clear... You never will...
