The download goes 80% and restarts at 0%

Help me try to download bo2..but when the download goes at 80% it restarts at 0% again if someone knows this error..please tell me, thanks

When I go to download Catherine the download restarts after a while.

I have been able to download games before just fine until today. It gets to about 80% or so and restarts and it's annoying. It doesn't give an error or anything it just goes from 80 or so back to 0!

 

Can't download Fifa 15. Download crashes at 80%

I purchased Fifa 15 on Brazilian Live Store and the 1st time I download it was in English. Then I realized my region was USA.

I changed to Brazil and tried to download and it always crashes at 80%.

I deleted the previous download and even after following all forum instruction, bbut the problem remains the same: after 80% it goes back to 0% and restarts.

Is there a way to fix it?

That's usually the sign of a region issue. Does your account region match your physical location?

 

I have no idea my friend ... I only know that I am downloading in Mexico region and my internet is from Mexico

 

Check your account information at Sign in to your Microsoft account If it shows you're in a different country, then that would be the issue.

 

Friend the page that you send me of my order history and when I give in to show everything appears in white .. nothing is bad?

 

At the top of that page you should be able to check your info. Check your billing info to make sure it is set for Mexico.

Towards the top of the page it shows the options of what you can view. You need to click "Your Info"

 

Already enter your info there that I have to do ?? .... and I have 4 options that is to modify your account .. and already modify everything to the united states here I send another photo capture
