To find the "DLC disabled" button on Xbox, follow these steps:

Open the main menu of Modern Warfare 3.
Select "Options.
In the "Account" section, look for the "Disabled Content" option.
The "Disabled Content" option is located at the bottom of the "Account" section. When you select this option, it will display a list of all DLC content that you have purchased or downloaded, but which is disabled in your account.

To enable DLC content, select the item you wish to enable and then select "Enable".

In the case of Modern Warfare 3 Vault Edition content, the item you need to enable is called "Vault Edition Content".

Once you have enabled the DLC content, it should appear in the game.

If you cannot find the "DLC disabled" option, you may need to update the game to the latest version. To do so, go to Settings > System > Console Update. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the latest update.
