    First I would like to open this discussion by say that I am absolutely appalled by the double standards shown by Microsoft in my enforcement action case, so by your "standards" someone can send a person a message harassing them FIRST!!! as soon as I send
    few back though (although they were not worded nicely) I get slapped with an enforcement! which is a joke and I am hoping that by speaking out that others who have unfairly been "Enforced" will speak up.

    I've never seen any profanity on my home screen. All I ever see are game related ads. I don't even have mine filterd.

    Sounds like a simple oversight. I think you are over reaching here. I don't think it was intentional. It was probably just a random YouTube clip, and it happened to contain profanity.

    It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. You agreed to those rules when you signed up.

    All content, including advertising content, is provided by YouTube NOT Microsoft. Google owns YouTube, NOT Microsoft. So I would complain to Google. Google may taylor ads to what you've recently watched on YouTube or something. So if you're watching xx stuff
    you may get xx stuff as an advert.
