What We Know So Far

ok, Here's what I don't understand.

If this thing has absolutely no backward compatibility with anything that is Xbox 360, then why carry over achievements and Gamerscore for games you can't even play?

It's only fair that Gamerscore and achievements for this machine should be reset to zero so that when people see your Xbox1 profile, they can see what you achieved on THAT machine only.

I don't really know anything for a fact, every article seems to contradict another, lol

They said it's just one possible scenario: "We asked Phil Harrison for clarification, and he said that the console will need to connect to the Internet at least once a day. But Microsoft has walked that back, describing it as just a "potential scenario" for
how Xbox One will function. In other words, they haven't decided what they're doing yet."

It seems that they aren't sure yet, who knows, lol -.-

 

I though ubi would have released a deal for cheap siege if you own the division.

Incursion done on hard and although its good, I don't think its long enough thats should be 1 part of three imo, the rewards are ok on hard at best.

The glitch was daft and was truly abused (no didn't do it), I was playing with some people that had a gear score of 207, and they didn't want to do challenging at the power plant because it was to difficult. really!!!!

Gear score is about new gear not setup which is just silly.

 

finally beat Falcon Lost last night, took almost 2 hours, was so satisfying to beat, i really wish this was one of those times that they'd add an achievement.

with that i got my 3rd and 4th place of the Striker set, so nice, the story missions on challenging difficulty are a lot less challenging now.

 

WTG on incurrsion, Did you beat it on challenging? not tried it yet.

thanks, and nooooooooo, it took several attempts to beat it on hard, my gear score is only 194, i'm not even going to think about doing the incursion on challenging until i'm north of 205.

 

lol eek where you the highest gear score? I am only GS 185 and have done it 3 times and only takes about 40 mins not being agressive although I will say the people I did it with weren't randoms 2 had lower GS and 1 a little higher but all about 175 and no
higher than 190.

Did you go to the middle tunnel?

Although I have a great clip on my feed where we were all all standing on the stairs in the middle tunnel furthest from the tank and we got hit and all died on wave 14 i think, thats was funny as......., not everyone thought so lol.

Will try challanging as soon as everyone gets brave enough. if I had a good setup with a gear score of 195+, I can get a gear score of 199 i think but my setup goes rubbish and simply isn't as good.

 

at the time, of the run, my gear score was the highest at 188, and only 1 person had actually beaten the incursion before and all he did was stay down in the tunnel, so basically no one had any idea on what we needed to do, our biggest hurdle were the snipers
on wave 8 that caused us to have to restart a few times.

i think it will have a lot easier now that we've been through it successfully, i'm sure we can do in an hour or less next time.

 

Definitely gets easier, much much easier when you know what to expect and when things come, wave 14 can get a little uneasy when everything seems to rush at the beginning and the screen scope snipers that blink.

I want some of the 240 challenge gear (especially a juicy weapon).

 

I have finally figure out why the Division isn't as gripping as other games and I can easily be swade by other games (mainly RL)

Its because I am not able to get better at it, and what I mean by that is the only way to get better is to gear up, i simply can't be under levelled and change my game play to win.

On top of that the gear system changes are rubbish, you now need the gear sets to survive but you loose the choice of setups, and the ability to think because of the limited options on gear sets.

Still a good game but..........

 

After a ton of grinding, i had the most amazing weekend for drops. Picked up a 182 Socom m1a running lexington, found a sweet chest piece that upgraded all stats and bought the vender 204 aug. Then proceeded to run the incursion on hard and picked up a
214 striker chest piece that was also a decent upgrade. I swear i get better gear drops with a really low scavenging value.

 

I don't want to put a downer on it, but considering you need to be gearing up to 220 for the next incursion i think the current drops and options are rubbish.

Glad you have a 182 socom, mines classes as 163, no idea why.

I saw the aug looks good but I don't have enough electronics to unlock the talents so I gave it a miss.

The gear sets simplify builds and force you to use them as its the only way to get above 220.

 

I am lower than 220 for sure. I believe i am only sitting about 190 for my gear score. I started that weekend at 181 though so i am happy. My m1a replaced my purple 131 version so it was a nice jump.

I run a fairly balanced build with higher electronics. I believe i am only missing one talent on the aug. I prefer it to my 182 vector.

Until my recent drops, the gear sets seemed pretty bad. They generally lowered my stats and had worse perks. I can't see ever replacing some of my yellow stuff as the perks and talents combination is too good.

I am happy you are building your gear score.

But any gear which is gear 163 or 182 and almost 202 (with the exception of weapons), is pointless and will need to go asap, partly because unless you meet the minimums for the events like incursions your not going to be able to do it. (unless they don't
interest you)

I had a really good crit build with maxed crit chance, and massive crit damage, and thats all gone due to having to use gear sets.

I am not over 200 gear score, but the only way to get 240 items is the incursion on challanging, although I might just wait to see what the new vendors will bring.
