The Division season pass

Did you check the manage game tab? It could be there.

Yes checked the manage game tab but they is no season pass

Thanks for the quick response. I'm sorry to hear the current issue is persisting. First of all have you been able to confirm your completed purchase by signing in to your
Order history? Have you checked to see if the game needs any updates Or tried to uninstall the full game?

If you haven't tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and you would like to give it a try here are the steps:

1. From
   Home, select
   My games & apps, and then select
   See all.
   
2. When you’ve highlighted the game , press the
   Menubutton
   on your controller.
   
3. Select
   Manage game, then
   Uninstall
   
   

Now to reinstall the game here are the steps:

1. Go to
   My games & apps
   
2. Select the
   Ready to installtab.
   
3. Select the game to install &
   select
   Install all.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that not being able to utilize the season pass can be frustrating. We recommend uninstalling the season pass and

downloading it back to the console. Be sure to let us know the results!

I'm in the same boat, my season pass doesn't show up either. The only pins I have are the game itself, Hazmat suit and National Guard set.

I'm sure all will be well come next Tuesday.
