The Division Season Pass does not work with Family Share

One of the best selling points of the XB1 is family share. I have 2 XB1s and my son and I enjoy playing these games together. My most recent game was destiny. I bought the legendary ed and then I upgraded to the super awesome ed. I am able to share all
of this on family share. All my other digital games and digital DLC share as well.

So when the Division came out I assumed that it worked in the same way. I bought the game and the SP. The game shares but the Season Pass does not. I submitted a ticket on 3/20 right after I bought the SP. They just finally responded and told me "Thank
you for contacting Ubisoft Customer Support. The season pass does not share on multiple accounts. My apologies for any inconvenience."

The ONLY reason I bought this on XB1 is because of family sharing. I would have bought this on the PC otherwise because that is my preferred platform. How does one go about getting a refund for something like this? This policy is totally contrary to the
way all other games and their DLCs work.

DLC SHARING

My brother bought on his account the Season Pass ( for The Division) and i wanted to know if its possible to share his season pass access with my profile. It worked with game sharing, now im wondering if DLC/Season Pass sharing is somehow possible.

I already contacted their support. It took a month to get a response. This was more of a warning to potential customers that if they are expecting this game to function like all other digital purchases with family sharing, this one does not support it.

 

It does function you aren't understanding what's is going on

The dlc is available for all users of a home console however profile specific items arent

Like bonus guns and currency that come with the seasons pass

You will only be able to share the maps . but not the guns or the in game items

This is with all games regardless of season pass or game

 

This hasn't been the case for my other digital games and dlc. My son and I have the exact same stuff in other games. For instance, I bought the legendary ed of destiny. All the in game goodies that came with it are available to both me and my son. Further,
I upgraded to the ultra ed (whatever its called) and again, both of us have the same in game goodies. The in game goodies in The Division are terrible anyway so I'm not too concerned about it. What I am concerned about is that all the expansion content,
according to Ubi support, does not support family sharing and my son will not have access to it.
