    The Division Rewards and progress bloqued


    The day 3/13/2016 bought the game the division by live, I bought 2 100R $ cards and bought the game.
    I downloaded the game from one day to the next without any interruption, I started playing I found thevery good game and tals.
    Then I saw that some friends had begun playing tbm is that I noticed the error, I saw that I had 30 hours of gameplay in the game 15 lvl without any achievement unlocked! Worse still the progress of game where indicates in which percentage we're the game informs
    you that 0% of the completed game!!! Asthis with more than 1 game day?!?!
    I've done numerous procedures and contacts withMS and nothing solved my problem!! Worse I noticed that this lock is for all games! I braked on the score of 1400 gpoints and don't go out that even having completed the requirements of achievement or trophy!
    Already turned off the Xbox button took direct all the cables and connected again, I delete the account and signed up again, I cleaned the Mac in the settings already uninstalled the game is downloaded again, I deleted the placeholder for the game! If
    anyone can help me I appreciate it because I'm stuck!!

    Unfortunately we do not have any codes for the Division beta to provide, however the Rewards team did send codes out via email. If you were sent a code from the Rewards program, head over to our
    Rewards Support forum for further assistance.

    If you pre-ordered The Division through the Xbox Store, you can download the beta through the Xbox Store on your Xbox One console.
