The Division Pushed Back to 2016

I kind of always thought this might happen with the recent announcement of additional help brought in to finish the game.

Now its official. Q1 2016. if not later.

Scalebound has been delayed till 2017. What are your most anticipated games for 2016?

Remember, a delayed but longer developed game is better than a rushed quickly developed game so I'm not really bothered about Scalebound getting pushed back to 2017.

The Division rumoured to be pushed back into 2015

I'd rather a game be delayed and be stunning mate rather than rushed out and be a mess.

 

Good. Ubisoft shouldn't stack it's two games against each other anyways. (Rainbow Six Siege)

 

I'm starting to have a bad feeling about this game. It looks awesome and it's a Ubi game so maybe it'll be good. I just have a bad feeling.

 

Won't be getting it. I don't buy online-only games, and this online-only trend is disturbing to me.

 

This is what game developers should be doing as opposed to release and patch the heck outta it.

Not into online only but TC TD was one of those e3 trailers that made a serious argument for those still sitting on the fence about going next gen.

Or at least it did for me.

Way to go Ubi. Keep it back until 100% ready for release.

I'm with brandiesel on this one....The Division shows wayyyyy too many signs of development distress. Delays are one thing, but couple this with bringing in a new dev team to "help out" suggests that there are major issues. Preordering this game feels
like Russian Roulette. Better to wait and see how the launch goes.

 

No real surprise.....

With all the games that i want to play in 2015-16,Ubisoft can take their time,even wait until 2017.

I'm not sure about this game either. It has several development studios working on it now. Makes me a little bit nervous. I'm not going to preorder this one.

 

Brandie, I'd rather them take their time then release some half-baked piece of garbage.

 

It is really no surprise. Massive studios has said from the very beginning that The Division was not being released until the game was completely finished. Amd they want to achieve at least a 90 metacritic. They can take their time. The division looks
like it is going to be awesome

 

While I'm not picking this title up since I am really not interested in the game, but I'm giving Kudos to Ubisoft on actually being smart with this game and not release it in the same time period as Siege. Still though I hope for the ones who do have interest
in this game that this game isn't ridden with bugs making the game unplayable.
