The Division purchase digitally

I recently purchased the division digitally and it starts up fine but it doesnt seem to load/render correctly making it impossible to play. Ive already tried to delete and reinstall as well as recovering my profile but nothing has helped thus far.. help
please.

The Division purchase digitally

What you may want to do is press start and quit game

Then restart the game

(This sometimes happens when you leave the game running and turn off the console without closing the game and reenter it

You have to close the game and then reenter it like clearing cache

The Division Season Pass in the Xbox web store, it's asking you to purchase it? Did you purchase the game physically or digitally? And if it was physically, where did you purchase your season pass? If it was digitally, can you take a screenshot of your
Microsoft Commerce account and message me the link via Xbox Live message please?

When you purchase a digital item from the Xbox store you are purchasing it from Xbox (a division of Microsoft). Your father should see the name of the company reflected on his credit card statement at the end of the month.
