The Division problems

The Division has so many issues i have given up all hope on it. is there anyway i can get a credit to my account? i don't even play the game anymore because all the bugs and glitches everyone is using to exploit. i try to play it but every time i seem
to just either die by some person using exploits. It has literally become unplayable to me.

The Division Sound problems

Just wondering if anyone is having the same issue i got the game from the market place and was fine for a week or so but now i am having alot of problems with the sounds and in game music such as i dont have any in game music and i have all audio settings
at 100 and i dont get any sounds for weather or reloading only little things but really annoying???

The Division beta problems.

Just wondering if anyone else is having lag spiking issues? It seems to happen in the dark zone only for a fraction of a second every 5 - 8 secs. Its not a game breaker but can get a little annoying.

Try hard resetting your Xbox (Holding the power button until the console shuts off and unplugging the power cordsfor 30 seconds) my audio has also done the same thing, so I think it's pretty common, but this always fixes it for a while.

I participated in the Closed Beta without a single issue. Now I load in and I get the Mike and Delta errors constantly. I love how Ubi keeps pointing the finger at us, like its our fault lol. Now it sits at the loading screen @ 0%. I can't even load in now?!
Livid!! If this isn't resolved at all by Sunday, they just lost a pre-order
