The division pre order codes not recieved for R6 seige

Hi, im gennadiy, i pre ordered the division and it was supposed to come with 1200 R6 credits but i still haven't got them.

I already chated with microsoft support and i have a case # which is [Mod Removed] please help me, thanks.

R6:Vegas 1 & 2 codes with R6:Siege

Hi. I was directed here from Twitter support.

i digitally purchased R6:Seige on the 29/12/2015, the description said it included b/c digital codes for the R6:Vegas games, which would be supplied within 7-10 days. 13 days later, I've not heard anything. When will they the codes be coming? The included
codes were one of the reasons I purchsed R6:Seige.

Sorry to hear about the issue! If you are still unable to access the currency pack, I recommend trying a few steps if you haven't already:

• From your Xbox One console, navigate to My Games & Apps and select Rainbow Six Siege.
  
• Press the Menu button and select Manage Game.
• Check for the currency pack in the Ready to Install section.
• If you do not see the currency pack, navigate to the store tab on your Xbox One console and search for “Rainbow Six Siege – Tom Clancy’s The Division Pre-order Currency Pack”.
  

If you are still unable to see the currency pack after trying the following steps, be sure to let us know. Thanks in advance!
