The Division Infinite Load Screen Lock-Out

Hello All,

Not sure if Microsoft is completely aware of these issues concerning "The Division" however there are numerous threads and countless number of posts on their Facebook page. Some being locked out for over 2 weeks, 7 days myself with 0 access and minimal customer
service.

I am wondering if anyone here is able to assist me with a solution for this issue. Absurd that this has not been officially addressed and people, up to this day are reporting new issues. Ubisoft doesn't seem to have taken any sort of preventative measures
and continues to provide poor service.

Here is a link if anyone wants some food for thought, over 100 pages about this issue, and over 20 (pages) have been recently added. This needs to be addressed

Unbelievable

I've ran into an infinite load screen glitch and can't continue playing until they patch it. Was having a blast until this occurred though.

 

Fable 3 - Infinite Load Screen.

Fixed the Issue. The DLC that was transfered where incorrectly named or where different from the 360 counterpart and Was giving the system a Infinite Loop for a Incoherency.

All I did was Delete all of the saves I originally had transferred Via the cloud and It began to work. Simple as that.

So the Xbox Forum Support Mods Can close this Post As the issue is fixed.

 

Update:

I have now been locked out of The Division game for 8 days. A game I purchased and own, but have no access to. I have brought this up several times to Microsoft and Ubisoft and lack of customer service is astonishing. I am reading comments of clients not
having access for 14 days - 30 days. That is absolutely absurd.

This needs to be not only addressed ASAP but fixed.

P.S. - Not sure why but I cannot reach any support at Microsoft today. HELP.

You need to post this issue on the ubisoft and the division forums. This is a known glitch due to crafting a high end backpack that causes your items to disappear then reappear causing your inventory to exceed the items your backpack can handle.

You account with ubisoft has been locked thats why you can not signin. There is a patch coming out next week that will fix this issue.

 

Every time I try to play this game I encounter a new bug, which wouldn't be so bad if they were minor things. However, each bug I encounter makes the game unplayable. This isn't a beta release anymore, right?
