i was told to post her with this incident number by customer support ( [Mod Removed] ) in which it was stated that i would be able to recieve my code for the dlc through email

The Division Pre-order promo

The only thing listed on the manage game screen is; The Division, the hazmat suit, and the national guard uniform. When I go to the link you provided it says "not available"

Patch 1.5.158 broke my game.

Radx has never been strong enough to go in the glowing sea without taking radiation damage

I couldn't use that before the patch.

Are you sure you weren't wearing power armour or a hazmat suit last time?

A hazmat suit or power armour with high rad resistance + Radx might have been enough to block radiation but radx on it's own doesn't.

I'm in the same boat, my season pass doesn't show up either. The only pins I have are the game itself, Hazmat suit and National Guard set.

I'm sure all will be well come next Tuesday.

I also do not have the pack even after redeeming a code. I redeemed the code a week ago, bought The Division a few days ago and there is no extra DLC for the Division other than the Hazmat Pack. Agent Origins Pack is not showing up in game either.

the Agent Origins website now says "this offer is expired" so thats alarming...
