The Division - DLC outfits deleted - can't get them back

Hey all,

Seems the shoe is on the other foot and I am in need of some assistance.

So what happened was that I was playing away at the division, had all my bonus gear that I got from various locations, either Beta, season pass, or preorder. I had it all and was wearing it in game no problems.

Last night I did a bit of a clean up, and deleted the old beta, as I needed the space. In doing so , it has deleted all of my bonus outfits aside from one or two. I had pretty much all of the DLC outsits aside from the paid DLC outfits, but now when I try and
get them back... I can't I had them all listed under my game, but now when I check under the game its only showing two add on's, the Season Pass outfits, and the Season pass gun... the other 8 or so have all vanished. National Guard, Hazmat, SWAT, etc etc.

Have checked the rewards vendor again, and its all missing from there too, and has disapeared from my outfit list in the game.

Any ideas on how I can get these back? These aren't in the store, so its not like I can just download them again

Division season pass exclusive outfits

This is the second post I am putting up on this forum and hope it gets answered. I purchased the XB1 Division season pass, it was to come with exclusive outfits to use in game. www.gosunoob.com › division › season-pass has covered what the exclusive outfits
I should have received for my purchase. The Hazmat pack was a preorder day one edition outfit, but the rest should have come with the season pass. My brother purchased the same season pass and has all the exclusive outfits, and he was able to pick them up
and use them in game. Will someone please answer this post?

 

I don't have an answer for you,I just know that there's problems with Xbox and ubisoft in regards to these doc items. Here's a link to ubi. I hope it helps in any way.

Nah mate, my issue is different to that one. Very similar though

I was able to get all my stuff, but now that I deleted the beta, which caused all my DLC to delete as well, I'm unable to redownload it.

I'm looking through the Ubi forums at the moment, so seems I'm not alone. Hopefully they'll patch it soon, and will update when/if I hear anything

 

I have this problem also. some of my outfit packs and whatnot actually installed onto the beta client and not the full game... so i deleted the beta so I could redownload then to the main game. Sadly they are nowhere to be found

 

Same issue, had successfully redeemed the origins code outfits but it linked to the beta. Uninstalled beta and attempted to reinstall from the store but those outfit DLCs are nowhere to be found in the store now, aren't listed under game management, and
any old web links to them are broken.

 

I've also posted up on the Ubisoft forums, as its unclear if the issue is at their end, or on the Xbox side. So its worth dropping a post in there too, to let them know of the issue

Having the same exact issue. I redeemed the code for the firefighter/police/medic pack. They apparently installed but I couldn't see the items at the vendor. So I deleted them to redownload them and there is no way to redownload them. Extremely frustrating.
Spent a good hour last night trying to figure out how to fix it. Then I see this and realize there is no fix. Great. And to think this could all be fixed if we could just have a freaking way to view our damned download history. How is that still not a thing?!

I uninstalled my beta tonight and all my dlc has gone also !!!!

 

I had a similar problem. Only for me it is just the survivor pack that seems to have disappeared completely with seemingly no way to get it back.

 

Still waiting for an update from Ubi Have spent the last week explaining to them that its not due to a code error, or me not being able to find the vendor, so hopefully now they're actually looking into the real issue

If anyone has managed to get this fixed, please let me know, as I feel like its taking way too long

 

Hey, DENAz666! Sorry to see that you're still experiencing this! I'm going to get this to the right people on our side to see if we can help Ubisoft out getting this resolved. Once I have more information, I'll update you here!

 

Hey Misses Quinzel (and everyone else),

So I've just spoken with Ubisoft Australia, I was able to get through to their contact line and spoke with one of the agents who explained the issue to me.

Basically, we were not supposed to get everything when we did. The reason we can no longer get it back again, is because it was released earlier then it was supposed to be and has since been removed.

The stuff we are missing, are all part of pre-order packs in other countries, so for them to benefit from those pre-order deals, they will be getting that gear a little bit ahead of the rest of us. What happened was it was all released at once, when it was
supposed to be staggered. We all got it and once we had it, we could use it. However in deleting the beta (or reinstalling the game), it removed that stuff from our console, and as such we now have no way of getting it back as it has been corrected, and removed
from the store.

We will get it back, but not until their intended release dates.

Frustrating, but at least we have an explanation as to why it happened
