The Division Agent Origins Pack

I also have the same problem, I received the code today and I redeemed it but nothing downloaded it, I feel that since they fixed the code not showing up in the email they will eventually fix the fact that the content is not accessible

 

I am having the same issue. Redeemed my code online and it never downloaded to the XBox One. Went as far as checking with the Rewards Vendor in game and still no gear.

 

Same issue here as well. Redeemed code, support confirmed I own the DLC, but no download and nothing accessible in game.

 

Same here put my code in today and there is nothing in the store to download.

 

On the same boat. I Did the redeem thru this the Xbox website,also told me success,that I own the agent origins pack. When I turn on the console like 6-8 hours later it's not in the manage game section of this game. Or in the claim vendors. I also redeemed
the ubisoft go bag and that never showed up at the claim vendors as well :/

 

Well +1. Here. I got the GA game on the 8th. Bought a season pass, that seems ok, but the special Hazmat suit us nowhere to be seen, oddly the modified rifle I have, no matter where I look I can't find the hazmat pack, downloaded skins, dl'ed marine packs
NOTHING NADA, ZIP. NYET..

If that isn't enough to tick me off MS , I'm sorry to say does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, they answer the call and say "Um, ah DUUUH, I don't know it's UbiSoft's fault call them. Okaaaaay that really helpful, thank for allowing me to wait 72 minutes on hold listening
to the kicka$$ Muzak and the "please wait a agent will be with very soon" message until my ears bled.. A oh yeah, Ubisoft was equally helpful telling me it could be a long wait due to an significant amount of calls coming in.. Gee really, I'd bet a lot of
those calls were referred from Micro$oft cause they're both equally clueless, rude, barely speak English and then comes the "ok, thank you, please hold while I check on this unfortunate issue. Which is call center lingo for "that isn't on my script" so I'll
put them on hold, and it will be so long they'll have to finally go to work. Because I called at 11:00pm the previous night and as the sun rose, I couldn't stop my ears from bleeding out and had to go to work, 11 hours later.

Excuse my disingenuous praise of someone's bungling and , I'm guessing ticking a WHOLE lot of people waiting for the the game for 2 years as if it was the 2nd coming of Christ, only to find what we all experience every time M$ releases a new game, it doesn't
freaking work until about the 5th or 6th patch, or someone figures out that if you stand on one leg, wrap the controller's USB cable around your neck and coil it around your body, the launching the game while you are in this awkward position and wow someone
got it to work. The rest of us do what all corporate M$ customer do and wait 2 versions before they upgrade, find that now the hazmat suit appears but unfortunately the character we built now has 2 heads and the left and right bumber buttons don't work.

2 years to wait for this torture ? so people wonder why every new game rolled out is all about the Benjamin's and no one gives a rat's a$$ about us lowly consumers, what ever happened to QA?

I wonder what the over/under is on when someone figures out how we get things that are supposed to work, to workable?

I'm guessing it's going to be 2 weeks after the GA release date of the until this one of do many things work.. What truly pi$$es me off us that I've actually seen about 6 or 7 people running around in the hazmat suits.

Excuse the ascerbic sarcasm but I'm just so freaking sick of this, every new game launch.

Would some one from M$ or Ubi$soft maybe visit these forums and tell us at least some kind of plausible lie. Instead of being afraid of taking a few flame posts and just staying away?

Add me to the list. Got a bad email, got a new email with a code, redeemed it, and still nothing has downloaded. Its the 11th now and I still can't find it anywhere.

I wanted to stop in to see if you're still having issues with this content. If you're still not seeing the content in-game, please try a full power cycle of your console by holding the power button down for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off. Once
you power your console, check for the DLC once more.

If you're still not seeing the DLC try removing your profile and adding it back with the steps over on

this page. Let us know how it goes!

 

same thing happened to me. i then manually google agent origins into the xbox store via my xb1 and was able to find all four outfits sets to install seperately, all took about 10 seconds each, restarted game, and they showed up in my rewards vendor finally,

Same problem--I cannot find or install the Agent Origins outfits after redeeming the code here on Xbox.com. Contacted Ubi too but would appreciate help from wherever it comes.
