The Division Agent Origins Pack

I redeemed my code for the Agent Origins pack that Ubisoft sent me for exclusive character and weapon skins. When I redeemed the code a message came up and said "success you now own the agent origins pack" but nothing downloaded. When I try to use the
code again it says it has already been used. I was wondering why nothing has downloaded yet? Will it download when the game is released on March 8th?

I redeemed the code for the 4 skin packs it shows up that i own it on the xbox website under my games, but when i go into manage game under the division the pack is nowhere to be found in the xbox store

 

Yes it should appear on March 8th when the game releases. If it doesn't check back here again.

 

Same thing happened to me. I'm guessing it will appear when it launches.

 

I have spoken to others who have their pack downloaded already. Is there a reason some users have the pack and some do not?

 

March 8th and still no Agent Origin Pack.

 

I also do not have the pack even after redeeming a code. I redeemed the code a week ago, bought The Division a few days ago and there is no extra DLC for the Division other than the Hazmat Pack. Agent Origins Pack is not showing up in game either.

the Agent Origins website now says "this offer is expired" so thats alarming...

Same here. Received an email (successfully redeemed) but the code was missing.

 

I noticed that if you search for The Division on your xbox it will come up with all the dlc and there you can install the 4 skins that came with the Agent Origins pack. I downloaded them and got most of the skins in game but I am missing the Hunter pack
and the hazmat pack which I downloaded both.

 

I also used the code, and even though the pack is listed in my games, I do not have it, and when I try to use the link I get "oops this moved".

 

I redeemed my code and verified with Microsoft Support that I should have the dlc, but it didn't download on it's own and now that it's been removed from the marketplace we don't know how to download it to my console. With more Origin Gear keys being sent
out to people, shouldn't we have access to download it?

 

I got the issue where the original email from Ubisoft did not contain the code. I just got another email from them today saying sorry and giving me a new code, but I am having the same issue with downloading it. The alert popped up saying I now owned it,
but it never downloaded it. I checked under "Manage Game" and its not there. I checked in the marketplace by searching for it, and its not there either. I tried to look for the download under my games on my xbox live account through me pc, and it says its
been moved.

 

Still a problem MS has been of no help. The "oops, this page has moved" is pretty much the smoking gun. They need to answer for why the content redeemed is not accessible now.
