The Division Agent Origins Gear set

I got a code for some in-game content from Ubisoft. I entered the code, got the conformation screen, but when I check in game, nothing. any ideas?

Redeemed Agent Origins DLC Code for Division but it never installed

I redeemed the code for the Agent Origins DLC for The Division, right after redeeming the code for the HazMat Gear Set. The Hazmat gear set installed, but the Agent Origins Gear has not downloaded on my console and now the code has been used. It is not in
my queue, ready to install, notificiations, or anywhere on Xbox.com. I'm pretty upset about this, you can't get any more of those codes. Xbox Support said the code was attached to my account but they told me to try troubleshooting stuff I have already done.

 

Divison Agent Gear Set

I redeemed my "Division Agent Gear Set" for The Division and the content appears to be completely unavailable.

- The code was redeemed correctly, when i attempt to redeem it now says i has been used.

- I checked "manage game" and have downloaded all other content. The Agent Gear isn't present.

- I searched the Xbox Store and could not locate the content.

Xbox will not have a response on this. I'm in same boat. Eventually something will get done.

 

Same here. Bought the physical Gold Edition. Redeemed the code. Showed up in my games on the Xbox but was "unavailable" and did not appear in game. Now it's gone aside from being in my games inventory when I check on the website. But clicking on it goes
to a "Ooops, something moved here" page.

Still waiting for a legit response.

 

Since The Division is just released, it could be a possibility that the DLC's is not yet implemented.

 

This is an ongoing issue. The Ubisoft forum states that the Developer requested that it be removed from the XBL Marketplace. In which case, the Origins website should be taken down because it is still handing out codes for missing DLC. As for your response
caraphernelia42, the DLC is implemented into the game, I have friends that like to wear it to rub it in my face because I haven't got mine yet either -_- The only thing I can think of, is that maybe they got it removed from the marketplace so they can put
it on uPlay. If not, they really need to put their heads on straight, get it together, and stop giving out DLC that no longer exists.

 

same for me as well... I know the game is new but don't offer something you can't use until you fix your problems. Just saying

It is mid June, 2016 and this issue is still happening for me as well.

Xbox Marketplace shows it in my owned games, however clicking on it gives a page not found error.

Ubistoft site that sends email with the code is still up as well, for a non existent DLC?

Please fix.

Please be sure not to bump older threads, as this was last posted in during March. This issue should be cleared up by now but if you're not seeing the items in-game you'll need to reach out to Ubisoft. Thanks for your patience on this.
