The Division agent origins code

I have spoken with xbox support and they advised me to post here. I redeemed my code and it said it was successful but I never actually received the content from it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you..

The Division Agent Origins Pack

I also do not have the pack even after redeeming a code. I redeemed the code a week ago, bought The Division a few days ago and there is no extra DLC for the Division other than the Hazmat Pack. Agent Origins Pack is not showing up in game either.

the Agent Origins website now says "this offer is expired" so thats alarming...

The Division Agent Origins Pack

Hey everyone!

I wanted to stop in to see if you're still having issues with this content. If you're still not seeing the content in-game, please try a full power cycle of your console by holding the power button down for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off. Once
you power your console, check for the DLC once more.

If you're still not seeing the DLC try removing your profile and adding it back with the steps over on

this page. Let us know how it goes!

Hey, PiNkRaNgEr! We had an issue with this attaching to the beta instead of the main game. We believe the following steps should resolve you.

First check to see if you are able to see the content by going to the "Xbox Store" in the main menu of The Division.

If you are able to see the Agent Origin pack, try installing it.

If you are unable to see the content by following the steps above, navigate to the My Games & Apps tile on your Xbox One console.

Select The Division under the games tab and press the Menu button.

Select Manage Game and check for the content in the "Ready to Install" section.

Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results. Thanks in advance!

Same problem--I cannot find or install the Agent Origins outfits after redeeming the code here on Xbox.com. Contacted Ubi too but would appreciate help from wherever it comes.
