The Division achievement "Bling! Bling!" not unlocking

I completed the criteria for the achievement "Bling! Bling!" in The Division but it won't unlock. It has been sitting there with a status "Done! Unlocking..." for about 2 weeks now. I've tried all the steps the Xbox supports page says to try to get an achievement
to unlock but nothing has worked. It's the only achievement that hasn't unlocked and I've had achievements unlock just fine both before and after "Bling! Bling!" was marked as done. Anyone have any ideas of what else to try or how to get help from Microsoft?

100% completion, achievement still not unlocking.

The "bling! bling!" achievement in the Division game has not unlocked despite my efforts to do everything needed to unlock the achievement ie all my gear set was either all superior or all high end and although the bling! bling! achievement says that I am
100 percent complete the achievement will still not pop. Why?

The new system for clan wars makes it quite competitive when you have competition. Hopefully this keeps that competitive edge going.

Unfortunately if you've already tried all the steps mentioned here
forums.xbox.com/.../2141351.aspx and it still doesn't unlock then you'll have to wait. Achievements sometimes randomly pop up when doing other activities.
