The Division 2 installment problem

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get Division 2 to install.

I would say that if you haven't already, you might want to go to Network Settings
and Test your multiplayer connection as most times this kind of thing happens, it's due to some kind of network discrepancy. If some error comes up try to resolve it with the steps outlined in our

If there is no error when you test that and you're still having problems, I would suggest a soft reset of the console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games
&
apps.

Hi try performing a power cycle to clear your cache then trying again. Hold the power button for 10 seconds until it powers off. Then unplug the console at the socket for 1 minute.

Is it an issue with hard drive space? Check to make sure your storage default device
(internal or external) has enough space for the download. Here is the download requirements:

The Division 2 day one patch on Xbox and PC - physical copy owners will need to install the game from the disc, and then download a 48-52GB patch. The final file size will be 48-52GB on your hard drive, but you might need
more space than that to actually download the patch.

*The patch plus the disc download will likely need about 90gb of free space.
