    The display on Microsoft Jigsaw on xBox has gone HUGE!


    I originally posted this question on 14 August 2020 but it remained unresolved and then I had a heart attack and have been in hospital for 5 days, which resulted in the question being marked as resolved by default!

    The display on MS Jigsaw first went HUGE on 10 August 2020. So I reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows on 11 August and the display was fine again. Then I was in the middle of completing a jigsaw and I got a gamebar.exe application error and after that the
    display wet HUGE again.

    I am really angry that I pay an annual subscription for this app but am now unable to play it because when the display is huge, puzzle pieces end up all on of one another - and I cannot contact Microsoft for help.

    Brad, I am not on facebook. I am not on twitter. I abhor social media except quora and youtube. All I want is my games back and the 110,000 points I accumulated. Also the my collections of jigsaw puzzles which went from about 40 or 50 puzzles down to 3. I
    am 80 years old and only want my jigsaw back with the games and points I have earned.
