The dire future of Gears of War

I'm just wondering when Phil Spencer is going to get off his **** and fire The Coalition for making the absolute worst iteration in the entire series. A laughingstock filled with issues too numerous to list, their incompetence cannot be questioned or ignored.
Its utterly ridiculous the fans have had to suffer their reign, much like how Halo fans have had to suffer through 343i.

Since Xbox is a 3rd party now with no exclusives, Gears is the only thing keeping this piece of plastic in my house and frankly, the developer is doing everything in their power to make the Xbox 1 the last Xbox-related product I'll ever own. Phil needs to
do something other than pushing his anti-consumer service Gamepass, he needs to control his studios and ensure a quality product is being made, of which history has shown he has not done.

It is similar, but that is to be expected. Firstly it is a direct sequel, things are rarely changed in sequels unless there was something dire in the previous, such as Gears of War matchmaking, that needs sorting. That said in Activision's eyes, Call of
Duty has a winning formula, why change it?
