According to my information, the payment for points should take place around 04.14. To date, the funds have not been received. From 03.19, there are 21,000 points on my account. When can I expect the funds?

Since your deposit request was made after we had already begun processing files for deposit, you were not able to be included in the recent end of month deposit cycle. The website will list the next available deposit date to show when it will occur, but
since your request was made to close to that date, your deposit will be made in next months mid-month deposit.

 

My xbox reward points did not arrive

Hi Quest9. We can not make a deposit for your Microsoft account because your Xbox Live Rewards locale does not match your Xbox Live locale. In order for us to make a successful deposit, you will need to change your Xbox Live locale to USA.

Is changing the region / country in the "Your info" tab to the USA enough for this?

 

You would have to migrate your account region - Update Microsoft account if Moving to a New Country or Region
