Not getting my pending rewards

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. If you got the 10,000 credits on the 13th, they would be scheduled for the deposit on the 29th.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Well I had made a deposit requests on 3/16 and checked yesterday and STILL haven't received my approximate 11,000 credits as well.

Since the Rewards site shows that they were deposited, then they should have been deposited. You'll want to check your returns on
Sign in to your Microsoft account for the deposits.

As Smwutches says, you can confirm these deposits as usable currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. For example, you
have already spent your most recent deposit as partial payment on "Clustertruck".

Since the Rewards site shows that they were deposited, then they should have been deposited. You'll want to check your returns on

to 5,000 after the 1st, they should be deposited on the 29th.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

Since you got to 5,000 credits on October 17, they should be deposited with the first deposit for this month, later this week.
