    The Demon Multiplayer pack will not let me load it and in the store it says bundle only. This is a 2nd post as requested when my Doom 1 and 2 codes were fixed. Both managing the game and going directly to the store do not allow me to download it. My gamer
    tag is .

    Did not receive my Demon pack or Doom 1 and 2 codes fro preordering Doom directly from my X Box One Console

    The Demon Multiplayer pack will not let me load it and in the store it says bundle only.

    I have done this as requested and still can not download the demon pack.

    There was an issue with the Demon Pack but it should be resolved now. Have you tried running through a complete power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds and then trying again?

    Tried this did not work.

    Tried loading via game manager did not work.

    Tried to load via the store and it did not work.

    Completely disconnected my Xbox One from power for 5 minutes and then restarted. Did not work.

    Hey all.

    If you pre-ordered the game the content should show up under Games & Apps > DOOM > Manage Game. If the content doesn't show as installed you'll need to install it from there. If you purchased the game after it's pre-order window then I'm afraid you would
    not have access to the content.

    If you pre-ordered the game the content should show up under Games & Apps > DOOM > Manage Game. If the content doesn't show as installed you'll need to install it from there. If you purchased the game after it's pre-order window then I'm afraid you would
