    The Dell bundle of monthly payments.


    I got the Dell special offer that I pay a certain amount each month and get the console and 2 years of etc...stuff. When I was sent to the page to order, the dell page read that all I needed to do was to use the code to pay for it, the microsoft page
    kept asking me for a credit card number. Anyone else have this issue?

    Double invoicing

    In April this year I changed from monthly to annual payment. I just realized you carried on charging me monthly on top of the annual payment. Could you stop the monthly payments and refund the money you took since April. Regards, Yeray

    monthly payment??

    If its a prepaid card, not all of them are compatible with the xbox billing system.

    Have you tried having support add the number or tried adding it on the console?
